6. When you entered the dinning room in the morning, I think the AC make you feel terribly cold which make you feel like sitting in the fridge, can the manager adjust the temperature as need since the energy is so expensive and we are running short of.

7. We did complain to the manager who did give us a refund on the cab fare, so his compensation was appreciated but he does need to improve his hotel if he hopes to get positive reviews.
