1. Our shuttle driver was pleasant as was most of the front desk personnel.

She was telling the caller that she didn't know where the driver of the shuttle was, he (I think a maintenance man since she was the only person working the front desk for quite a few hours that day) had left the hotel at 5:40 and should have picked them up by now (it was 6:20) and she would attempt to get ahold of him.
