2. They lost my expensive facewash that I left in the room on accident, and the manager took $30 dollars off my stay for the evening to make up for it!location is great.

My wife and I recently stayed here during a visit to New York and were very pleased with the overall atmosphere and experience; the room was clean, staff was very friendly and the free breakfast was the best we had on the entire trip; the location is perfect because it is close to the interstate ( we went to NYC the next day ); the price was right and we would stay here again;.

9. We've stayed at this Best Western several times when we come to visit our daughter at the University at Albany, their sporting events, etc. The location is extremely convenient, right across the street, no need to drive.
