1. One of the most comfortable hotel beds I have slept in (though I really this dislike this new fashion of a multitude of little pillows,as a restless sleeper like me rolls off a small pillow).

4. Everytime I have ever asked for an early check in, extra pillows/towels, etc. they have always been prompt and accomodating.
