1. Otherwise, the hotel is in need of updating,(the rooms are dark and dismal),better lighting (the parking lot and halls are scary)and a more courteous desk staff.

2. On the plus side: they have a great breakfast included, they are very close to many locations in Albany including shopping, colleges and downtown, they have a great pool and lots of free parking.
