1. Save your luggage space and leave your towels at home!(we forgot ours and thought we'd be purchasing some, so it was a nice surprise) We couldn't really come up with any negatives about the Sheraton PK, but if I could change one thing it would be to leave the pool open for night swims (pool closes at 6pm) It would have been fun to let the kids swim while listening to the bands at night.

2. I might add, there is a $12 a day resort fee, which includes 2 Bottles of water, coffee, free internet, beach towels, gym, fruit at the beach, and other goodies, that upon review SAVED us a lot of money.

7. 1) Our car was broken into2) One of the ladies at the front desk was dismissive when trying to check in - luckily, there was someone else that was much more pleasant and ready to work3) The parking/towel process/coupon is a huge pain and makes one feel instantly under suspicion4) The rooms were old, dirty, and had peeling wall paper5) The front desk is non-responsive to phone calls from the room (a few calls over a 15 minute period - one call was actually picked up and then immediately hung up by the staff) and the guest services rep suggested that I just keep calling and letting the phone ring.

10. The room was very clean, the carpet was vacuumed daily, the towels plenty and plush and the room was very quiet when the windows were closed.
