1. We had a junior suite (the worst part about this place was that it only has 3 master suites, so not getting one of those even as a Diamond member AND using a suite upgrade award netted me just the Jr.

10. They have suites (based on their website pics) and I've never been offered one even once (and I've stayed here at least 10+ times over the last year) even when using a guaranteed suite upgrade.
