7. -nice rooms with cool decor, good shower with great bath products-great rooftop bar with an even better happy hour-room service dinner food is really good (I haven't been too impressed with breakfast room service though)-fully stocked mini bar with several complimentary selections-friendly and good customer serviceThe bad:-very noisy.

9. The staff was hospitable; the food was good; there were beautiful design touches all around; the complimentary beverages and snacks were plentiful, including a Keurig brewer with a boxful of coffee and tea packs.
