1. Location is great to start with, property itself is absolutely beautiful, rooms are killer- modern and warm,but staff is really the standout here- really Five Star across the board- manager Karla is great, as is the staff I came across: Doug in the front office, and welcome host Lauren.

2. Anyway, I was there for a conference that was taking place that week and the manager on duty made sure everyone was well taken care of but, prob more importantly, safe as well.

10. the manager left me a personal note with apologies, and somehow knew I was playing a tennis tournament in San Diego (probably because of the huge racket bag on check in), and left me a new can of tennis balls, and a note hoping that I'd 'Ace' the tournament.
