1. The only disappointment is the coffee machine, Andaz Hyatt usually has a Nepresso Coffee Maker however this Andaz offers a lesser quality coffee so no expresso after a long day of travel or a fun filled evening except by room service.

3. -nice rooms with cool decor, good shower with great bath products-great rooftop bar with an even better happy hour-room service dinner food is really good (I haven't been too impressed with breakfast room service though)-fully stocked mini bar with several complimentary selections-friendly and good customer serviceThe bad:-very noisy.
