1. -nice rooms with cool decor, good shower with great bath products-great rooftop bar with an even better happy hour-room service dinner food is really good (I haven't been too impressed with breakfast room service though)-fully stocked mini bar with several complimentary selections-friendly and good customer serviceThe bad:-very noisy.

Pluses: location: easy walking distance into Gaslamp; lots of free snacks and drinks in the mini bar topped up daily; good bathroom (big bath) and size of room; nice pool and rooftop bar (which was virtually deserted when we went on a Monday); Free wireless; Everyone was helpful but it felt like there were a lot of staff with not much to do in the week.

6. The rooms were well decorated and very modern, and the bath was lovely, but I didnt realise there was just a slide along door to separate the toilet(which is behind the bath wall) from the room so you didnt get much privacy.
