5. All the amenities were fantastic -- complimentary wi-fi, a selection of free in-room snacks and soft drinks (which saves hassle when you have to itemize expenses), friendly staff and a spacious and well-appointed room.

6. The desk host who helped us check in also escorted us to our room (along with our bags) and since he knew it was our first time staying at the Andaz, he showed us the amenities and complimentary snacks & drinks.
