I understand it isn't uncommon to pay such a hefty fee for
valet parking
in the Gaslamp (at Hotel Solamar it's $40!) but still.

Check out was a breeze and no extra charges etc. But yes, the
valet parking
was $35 per night which did not include many tips as we were in and out with our car quite a bit.
"Really no complaints. Had a great relaxing time. "

Also,
valet parking
rates seemed slightly excessive (approx $30/night) when there's a multi-storey parking lot 1 block down at a fraction of the cost.
"Probably the best modern hotel in downtown San Diego "

Valet parking
was $35 a night, which was considerably more than we were charged at the Andaz Weho.

The room for two nights with 2 nights
valet parking
cost us well over $800 which I thought was very expensive for what we got.
"Overpriced for what it is! "
