1. We managed to secure an upgrade to a corner suite (not sure if that was because of our Starwood membership level or because it was my birthday but I was happy either way).

3. We usually stay at the St Regis hotel which is only one block up, but I must say that I probably rather stay at the W Hotel as its a little more relaxed and the suites are nice and spacious.
