4. Having stayed in dozens of Sheratons and many W all over the world, I would judge this one of the best one - based on great service, friendly employees (and with humor), really working acura service, fantastic room with equally fantastic view, great food (lavish breakfast).

10. --we ate the hotel restaurant once, and food/service were excellent(but of course there are so many excellent restaurants in SF)--Thirsty Bear restaurant(tapas) is a good place to grab some bites and it's literally just across the hotel.
