1. Not only did the hotel live up to the fabulous standards of other W Hotels (great service, trendy decor), but the room was also much larger than any other hotel rooms I have had in San Francisco (where rooms tend to be tiny).

3. While eating dinner, the duty manager came over to apologise and gave us a $40 credit against breakfast which was very good service in my opinion.

9. The service includes a personal, follow-up 'How did we do?' call to your room which was brilliant although I felt it was sometimes a tad over-the-top when you may have simply ordered room service.
