This is something that should not happen and is not acceptable - I was refunded, but its not really about the money, more about the fact that a member of staff seems to be trying to steel indirectly from guests - I was lucky to have noticed, how many others might not notice and are being ripped off - as such, be careful and check your charges when eating at Trace.
