1. The do offer a good concierge and an Acura car service in town (I think for free?) but we didn't use it.

9. The room and the service was exceptional, from the front desk at check in to the friendly housekeeping staff, the W Bar servers and the great concierge with awesome recommendations(try out Berreta Pizzeria and the Bourbon and Branch-speakeasy).
