LIKES:- a spacious, clean, well-designed room -- expected for a Starwood property of this class- Bliss spa in the hotel and Bliss product amenities in the room- gorgeous city and Bay view (if you can get it)- iPod dock- 5-minute walk to Moscone Center- free coffee downstairs in the XYZ Restaurant- lounge and bar are nice to hang out in when they aren't crazy full with people and loud with dance music- I forgot my toothbrush and the hotel staff brought up a little dental kit for me, for free- awesome staffDISLIKES:- for the most part, the room was very quiet.
