1. To start with the building works; the hotel really should have closed during the reconstruction as there is absolutely no lobby or bar space and it feels more like a low costs lodging room building - but at $300 a night rather that $30.

2. They have a little computer in the lobby to print airline boarding passes from and also let us have a 4pm check-out without any cost which was GREATLY appreciated.
"Was a little nervous of the Ikea-like rooms in the photos, but we really enjoyed the W! " Read full review on TripAdvisor   6/13/2010 Vote
3. I think the cost of Wi-Fi ($15) is reasonable, but I was never asked to approve this charge, my computer just connected and I was charged which I do not agree with.
"Not Worth the Starwood Points " Read full review on TripAdvisor   8/24/2009 Vote
4. We must have also ate a few snacks from the in-room pantry, as 8 oreo cookies cost $9; $12 for 4 oz of cashews, etc. Not a big deal, but the pantry seemed more like a business opportunity for W than for our convenience.
"The "WOW" factor only lasts so long.. " Read full review on TripAdvisor   5/25/2009 Vote
5. ) One fancy mixed drink cost me $13.00.
"Cool place but NO COFFEE! " Read full review on TripAdvisor   5/9/2009 Vote
6. Overall, aside from being a little costly (probably less relevant for all you corporate travelers), the experience is great - highly recommended.
"Fantastic hotel, great value for the money! " Read full review on TripAdvisor   1/24/2012 Vote
7. This is ostensibly an environmental initiative, but to me it smacked of cost-cutting at the staff level.
"Groovy, baby - nice staff, a few minor drawbacks " Read full review on TripAdvisor   10/26/2011 Vote
8. But if cost is a factor and you don't mind walking a few more minutes to the conference center, you might want to look elsewhere.
"Closest hotel to the conference center " Read full review on TripAdvisor   8/12/2011 Vote
9. The experience though, was probably the worst I'd had in a hotel that costs more than $100 / night.
"Porperty was just OK, Service / Experience was a Joke " Read full review on TripAdvisor   7/21/2011 Vote
10. It's just not woth the extra money when you can stay at many similar styled hotels that cost much less in the City.
"Some good points but not worth the extra money! " Read full review on TripAdvisor   1/21/2011 Vote
