I am glad I did, the check in was smooth less and while they did not have my upgrade in the system, when I told them I was ambassador, and here for 5 days, they efficiently and without fuss moved some reservations around without inconveniencing anyone and gave me a very nice suite for my stay (I am still here).

6. The receptionist was very nice too, we needed a double bed and they sold out, they upgraded us to a junior suite free of charge with a pull out couch.
