1. The room we had was awesome, front desk was friendly, and when my husband mentioned that it was our anniversary weekend, they sent up strawberries, chocolate and chanpagne to our room.

The Pros: Valet Parking as you enter, helpful bell hops, beautiful tree and decor in lobby, helpful front desk with minimal wait for check in on one of the busiest days of the year, room had excellent views and swank furnishings like window seat, spa like soaps and bathroom, very comfortable beds, quilts, and furnishings had lots of comfort and storage, robe in room was a nice touch, concierge was very helpful with dinner reservations and gave us a bottle opener (although I had to come down 15 floors to lobby to get it).
