1. The suite was wonderfully clean & very luxurious - the pillows on the bed were heavenly & I really appreciated the small touches - right down to the way the towels were folded in the bathroom.

3. It wasn't really a big deal b/c only 1 other unit had access, but they ended up upgrading us to a larger suite w/ a private patio and jacuzzi.

4. When we came back we were got a great duplex suite and had again another perfect stay, needed to sleep in the amazing bed before getting back on a 9 hour flight.

6. Since it was my birthday and we had a horrible experience at the first hotel, Damion upgraded us for free to a two-story suite complete with a spiral staircase and private hot tub.
