1. It also means you can have a very pricey dinner in said scene, or a very good local place (Manolo across the street for breakfast, and DEFINITELY Puerto Sagua around the corner for authentic, local-spot Cuban food.

2. The lower streets around Collins are really nice and have a more relaxing feeling that further up and there are also some really good shops.
