1. The view left a lot to be desired and I expected something on the top floor to have a patio or balcony that would give a better vista of the city.

7. I requested some chairs for the balcony or a move of rooms, and although chairs were provided they were so big (wrought iron rocking chairs) we couldn't actually sit on the balcony together comfortably - or get the doors open to access them - I have no idea how they managed to get them out there in the first place - we assumed they'd winched them up from the ground floor.

8. Crazy luck of the draw but we had a room facing the pool with 2 balconies--and Steve commented on how much natural light we had (the most in the hotel he said).

I was impressed with the Ritz but the Angler's gives me a lot more surprise personal touches - handwritten welcome note, weather forecast notes on bed, a real cactus flowering plants on coffee table, microwave, two LCD wall mounts just for myself, a balcony with a view, portable phone, dimmer lights, .
