1. We were upgraded to a duplex suite that was beautiful, quiet and featured a private hot tub on the terrace.

5. Since it was my birthday and we had a horrible experience at the first hotel, Damion upgraded us for free to a two-story suite complete with a spiral staircase and private hot tub.

9. Had an amazing time, in what was probably the best hotel room we have stayed in - just a shame it was a little too hot for the hot tub :-) My boyfriend took me to Miami as a suporise so he could propose to me and it was perfect.

10. The hotels communal space seems to be taken up by the restaurant & while this wasn't really a problem for us, as we went to the beach most days and also had the use of the hot tub, I can see how this could be seen as a negative by some guests.
