My only disappointment was that I left a piece of clothing there which I loved and I e-mailed them 2 days after I checked out to ask if they had found it and asked if it could be sent to me (at my cost) and I got no reply at all which is a shame as I believe good service doesn't end once you check out.

8. Efficient service started from the moment we stepped in - Our suite, near the swimming pool was beautiful - the bed and pillows were so comfy - all those reviews about not getting a decent nights sleep in South Beach was definitely not true here - the surroundings were so calming.
