1. I think they do not check minibar after guests' check-out, they probably do this only the next morning and charge new guests!13) Every night you can hear the noise of nightclubs nearby so they should think of better soundproof of their rooms.

2. While rooms were on the higher end of my budget ($300 a night, tax included), everything else was inexpensive: fabulous breakfast at $10 per person (but they did not charge our children), lunch around $15, and tons of wonderful attention: water when returning from the morning run, free beach towels, free coffee by the pool, and 4pm check-out to accommodate nap time.
"Great location, beautiful facilities, huge bright and quiet rooms, great value. " Read full review on TripAdvisor   5/27/2010 Vote
3. Unfortunately, the parents are away and the kids are in charge.

6. The noise from the lift and a/c meant we didn't sleep too well the first night so the next day we mentioned this to reception and we were moved to a duplex room with our own hot tub at no extra charge.

7. Not very romantic, and certainly not worth the $450/night they charge.

8. When we complained about this, all that the front desk staff could say was 'yes, someone should have told you about this beforehand, but we will only charge you the price of the room you're actually getting' (no, really?wow, how generous).
"A beautiful hotel, but a few customer service issues... " Read full review on TripAdvisor   2/15/2008 Vote
9. Only because everyone rates differently - in my book 4 stars is great and I would recommend this hotel to anyone (I must note that we did get the room at a great intro rate that was supposed to expire right after November so not sure how much they would charge for this type of room now?).
"They tried very hard ! " Read full review on TripAdvisor   11/28/2007 Vote
10. The front desk staff was cheerful and helpful in the morning, although the bill included an extra charge of $50 that had to be removed.
"Not anything special...disappointed. " Read full review on TripAdvisor   10/24/2007 Vote
