5. Free wireless internet and our own private hotub were excellent addtions to the wonderfull turndown service and customized business cards given to all guests to find their way back in the morning if they spend a bit too much time at the bars.

7. Clean, comfortable suites with big, comfy beds and crisp white linens, marble walk-in showers, BIG plasma TV, wireless internet, audio/TV speakers in the ceiling, wet bar and thoughtfully stocked mini-fridge with beverages and sundries.

10. The WiFi drops out every few minutes, despite a strong signal (and the router gives a garbage page on first load each time you use it, of the last failed transaction ;-).
