7. Initially at check in I was told that they dont have the room type booked but can upgrade us to a suite and put rollaway.

8. The embassy suites nearby is a better value; bigger rooms, free breakfast, free cocktails/soft drinks from 5-7 and I think they have a shuttle bus to bring you to the convention center if you don't want to drive.
