1. On another occasion we ordered lunch (we were the first couple in the restaurant that day) and after waiting 45 minutes and not getting food or getting a visit from our server again we left.

5. Only a couple of complaints: only one staff member in the restaurant/bar during lunch hour and she was WAY overwhelmed while trying to serve all of us from the conference.
