1. Check in/out were a breeze, and of the dozen or so staff members we interacted with, all were courteous, professional and helpful - almost unheard of anymore in the service business.

3. I was greeted by a smiling face at the front desk, received excellent service at the lobby bar, and enjoyed clean and well kept accommodations during my stay.

9. It is also a very resonablly priced hotel in a variety of ways; you can self park at a very close location for no charge (although the do offer valet if you prefer), the breakfast is very well priced and excellent as well with great service, room service is always great too.
