1. While the busser was extremely attentive to our water glasses our servers disappeared after taking our orders ( a runner brought our food) and we had to ask the manager to bring our check.

5. Found bugs crawling across beds and headboards about 1 am, alerted manager and after verifying was moved to another room on another floor.
