4. This is a big-city 4-star hotel, so expect to pay for Internet, the business center, breakfast ($20-ish), the big bottle of water in the room ($5), and long waits at the elevators.

5. Unlike other reviewers, we did not notice any noise from the adjoining rooms, but our door did not seal well so we could hear some noise coming from the atrium.

6. The room was clean, in good repair, and the bathroom was very clean - if a little small.

7. The room also had a very comfortable chair/ottoman combo which was a godsend for my friend who sometimes needs to sleep in a more upright position.

8. My friend and I were given a 5th floor room, which, like all the rooms opens onto the main atrium.

9. Since there were two women in the room it would have been nice if there had been an additional sink outside of the bathroom - there was a well lit mirror and counter.
