1. I was greeted by a smiling face at the front desk, received excellent service at the lobby bar, and enjoyed clean and well kept accommodations during my stay.

5. Night or day the staff in the lobby was attentive- offering to assist with car service, etc. In the morning there is a decent coffee/latte/pastry bar near the front door, as well as, the standard sit down breakfast areas.
