1. It is absurd that every mom-and-pop motel has free wifi, but expensive hotels like this one charge more than $15 a day for the privilege of using wifi in your room.

10. that is this day and age a hotel would charge $14.99 a day for wifi, I spend 100 nights a year in hotels, and the Waverly is at the bottom of the list in hotels in its market segment (at least the segment it purports itself to be in).
