4. We were walk in's having driven into town that day and spoke to Evan & Reiner at front desk who got us a great rate into a Marvellous Package suite on their top floor with spectacular views of the Washington Monument.

5. When we went to check in the front desk clerk was kind enough to say he had a very nice 10th floor suite, but it might be a little noisy due to the rooftop bar - we decided on a 4th floor room overlooking 15th.
