1. If you are under 30 and want to party and have lots of $$$ to spend, this is the perfect hotel for you.

4. When we pay a bit of a premium in rate, I expect a clean room, high level of service and a more refined crowd, particularly because the travelers usually self-select themselves out of hotels they think are 'too trendy for their tastes.

5. The hotel has a partnership with Acura, and Acura advises that they will take you anywhere you want to go in DC, free.

7. I should preface this review by stating that this was the first trip my husband and I took with our baby, and given the choice again I would probably opt for a more family friendly hotel.
