9. If you arrive by car, drive north on 15th street, turn right to F street, stop in front of main entrance (on F street, not on 15th street), and let the bell boy valet park it.

10. It took them over 20 minutes to fax over a new letter, and when they did it didn`t state that the valet parking charges were supposed to be covered so I had to pay for that myself and demand reimbursement when we finally went back to HW the next morning.
