1. We hand the keys to the valet and start to schlep out luggage past the crowd, as we enter the door the blaring music hits the sleepy kids like a double latte.

3. It was a cold and rainly night, the wind was blowing, I had my hands full dragging my suitcase and computer bag and trying to hold an umbrella, and there was no doorman or valet to open the door or help with bags.

7. From the moment I arrived everyone from the valet and bellman in front to the welcome desk agent were friendly, talkative and extremely helpful, offering me whatever I needed and filling me in on the hotel and kindly wishing me a nice stay.
