2. The service was ok but not overwhelming, the rooms were nicely appointed but didnt really make the most of the original features, it did feel like square boxes and its the first hotel I've stayed at where the bedroom door only open outwards (bit like Alcatraz.

9. They were offered treasure chest toys upon arrival, had child-sized robes provided, a plate of cookies awaiting us in the room, 2 pet goldfish for them to care for during our stay, and a treasure hunt with a Ghirradelli bar prize.
