Not a bad visit but was hugely underwhelmed after reading other Tripadvisor postingsPositives:Hotel is well located for Fisherman's WharfStaff is friendly though very busy Breakfast at The Blue Mermaid is good and like the valet parking, worthwhile if included on a packageNegatives:Hotel lobby feels like a busy bus depot most of the timeConcierge is incredibly busy and doesn't work late so difficult to access help at busy timesBeds and sofa beds are not very firmWasn't asking for an upgrade as we were already booked into one of their premier suites but would have appreciated a celebratory card and bottle as these little gestures go a long way.
