1. Overall hotel prices were high, room services, laundry, breakfast but we expected that and there are plenty of cheaper fun places to eat within walking distance anyway.

3. Staff Were Very Friendly And Helpful, Right Across The Board, The Room Service Was First Class, Truly Excellent Food (As It Was In The Adjoining 'Blue Mermaid' Restaurant ) North Beach And Piers All Within Easy Walking Distance And A Cable Car Terminus Just Across The Road.

4. We were only in San Fran for 3 days and when we returned from a lovely evening out wanting a night cap, the bar was closing before 10pm, no room service and one night there was someone missing from the welcome desk for over half hour.
