1. There are also plenty of eating options nearby and the restaraunt downstairs is also great value and has good food.

5. There are some very good diners very close by which are better value and help to ring the changes - recommended to us by the concierge (now how many hotels would advise you to eat elsewhere just for the experience?).

8. I would recommend a tourist bus pass, we had a 3 day pass and it was very good value and allows you to take all the tours of the city( 5 in total) and hop on/off as you please.

9. If you've rented a car, the hotel also offers a valet parking service, which initially seemed a little pricey, but turned out to be good value when we'd looked at other parking options.
