Pros - location (on Beach Street and within walking distance to the Wharf, Ghiradelli Square, next to the Powell-Hyde cable car turnaround, across from the National Park San Francisco Wharf and the list goes on), clean, clean, clean rooms, very friendly staff especially the door men (thanks for the recommendation of Mama's on Washington Square), wine happy hour, spacious 'living room' with many seating options, beautifully decorated lobby and rooms.
