1. They lost my expensive facewash that I left in the room on accident, and the manager took $30 dollars off my stay for the evening to make up for it!location is great.

8. I had requested a differnet room becasue of noise and was placed in a differnt room upon waking in the morning my back was covered with bedbug bites, and i found 3 in the bed.
