1. The Bed was utterly blissful- amazing, soft sheets (no top sheet, but I'm sure you could request one), perfect pillows & an amazing comforter & mattress- I had an amazing sleep & relaxed the following morning for a while because the bed was that comfy.

2. They treat him with a big fluffy dog bed, food and water dishes with bottled water and a Pet Room Service Menu, due to his small size, and lack of posable thumbs he was not able to order on his own.

3. Clothes folded, toiletries organized, shoes lined up in rows, etc. Every night there is a turndown service with slippers placed by the bed and fresh towels put in the bathroom.

7. Huge bathroom and guest bath in marble and glass, luxurious bed, fluffy bathrobes, tons of closet space, large living room, unique controls for mood lighting, electronics, privacy light, make-up room light, and even a door bell.

8. Our room was sized very comfortably with a king sized bed, desk w/2 chairs, sofa, and coffee table and overlooked Michigan Avenue.

10. Our choice of newspapers delivered in the AM, extremely comfortable bed with housekeeping service like stealth - you never knew they were around, yet everything always picked up and immaculate.
