4. Hospitality was professional and friendly, room was clean (I immediately checked everything that other guests had reported problems with - bathrooms, carpet, linens, which were all spotless).

7. With that said, we got a Marina suite, which is very spacious, comes with 2 large flat screen TVs, 2 closets, but the bathroom was EXTREMELY small.
