1. I stay at different kinds of hotels -- a month before I stayed at a comfort inn near Olympia, WA, and had a MUCH better experience for MUCH less money.

I was disappointed with my hotel because I specifically paid extra for a high-level room with a king sized bed and a great view, but when I arrived at the hotel, I was told that there were no more King suite rooms available and since I pre-paid through another website, the hotel was not able to refund any of my money as they were down-grading my room.

10. Unfortunately, there just aren't many options there in the vicinity so unless you want to drive into town (or take a taxi), you are pretty much stuck with spending quite a bit of money on food at their selection of restaurants.
