1. Bathroom was fine, just a tad small, limited counter space around the sink area but manageable.

2. In 'new' room, no lightbulb in reading lamp, stopper in bathroom sink broken, lightbulb burned out over bathroom mirror, air conditioner/heating unit broken,,,one electrical outlet in wall plug worn out and could not be used.

4. Dirty and stained carpets (I wore shoes walking around the room and slept in socks), furniture that wouldn't have been out of place in a dorm room that I wouldn't have sat on in a Tyvek suit, and a disgusting bathroom with shower pressure that can generously be described as 'San Fransisco mist.

6. It's an older hotel with some outdated bathrooms / plumbing, but certainly was perfect location wise.

7. The plumbing needs some major repairs as well, the rooms have drippy faucets, clogged drains, and just generally poorly maintained bathrooms.
